The ceramics precision balls are made of two kinds ceramics: oxidant zirconium and silicon nitride. They are made of fine powder by the processes of iso-static shaping, high temperature sinter, and precision processing etc. Applicable to the standard of ISO, the precision grade is from G5~G60. Precision balls are of high tenacity, high intensity, high hardness, high wear-proof capability, good self-lubrication, static resistance, antimagnetic, good insulation, low heat exchange, good acid & alkalinity resistance, and fabulous surface finish （Ra is 0.01um ） etc. They are widely used in all kinds of bearing, measure pump, oil-whipping pump, ball-point pen core, polishing shaft, measure standard ball and instrument etc.
